14 DAYS RETURN POLICY FOR TEAMSTORE PRODUCTS
All teamstore stock items can be returned within fourteen days of receipt, to be exchanged into a different size or re-funded, as long as the products are in good condition (clean, no odd smells, undamaged). The customer needs to arrange and pay for the return shipping cost. Esportclothing will cover the shipping cost of exchange items.

RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOM NAME/NICKNAME TEAMSTORE PRODUCTS
Teamstore products that are ordered with custom name / nickname, are not re-funded in anyway (wrong size, spelling mistakes). We re-fund / remake if the goods suffer from a manufacturing defect. No 100% matching parts (from shoulder to sleeve, front to back) will be seen as manufacturing defects.

HOW TO ARRANGE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
Please contact our Customer Service team under teamstore@esportclothing.com to arrange your return or exchange. Please inform us of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will then provide you with detailed information about the return process.

CUSTOM DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside the Netherlands, you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. You understand that any and all charges of this nature will be borne by you. Esportclothing may supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel’s contents.

DELIVERY
Esportclothing aims to dispatch all EU orders within 2 a 3 working days of confirmation that your order has been accepted. Esportclothing always sends the orders with a track & trace number, but that does not count for single jersey orders. Custom made orders can take up to 28 business days to make, and stock items can take up to 2 weeks, depending were you live and customs.
